Lift Attendants – Individuals applying for this position must be able to work long hours outdoors in cold temperatures while providing friendly and safe customer service. Lift attendants assist guests with loading and unloading chairs and are constantly watching out for safety. Training will be providing in all aspects of lift operations. Full and part time positions available, training begins in early December.

Kitchen/Food Court Counter Attendants– Duties include taking orders, preparation of food, individuals must be friendly and have good customer service skills. Full and part time positions available, training begins in early December.

Bar Wait staff – Must have excellent communication skills be out going and friendly and enjoy working with public. This position must be 18 years of age and license to serve alcohol. Wait staff are also responsible for handling cash and processing visa and debit transactions. Full and part time positions available, training begins in early December.

Ski & Snowboard Instructors – Level I Certification required. CASI or CSIA training offered in December at the resort. Must possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people. Full and part time positions available. See also course information for instructors.

Food Court Cashier – Must be friendly, out going and good with cash. This position will be responsible for cash drawer, including receiving cash, administering change, processing visa and debit transactions. Cashiers are also responsible for counting cash and reconciling sales at the end of the day. Full and part time positions available, training begins in early December.

Group Check In – Individuals must have developed customer service skills; a friendly, outgoing demeanor with the ability to speak to large groups effectively. GCI representatives are responsible for greeting, orientating and providing direction to large groups of students, non-profit groups, social and corporate organizations. Other duties include ticket/voucher preparation, processing of billing & collecting payment, reconciling sales at end of day and enhancing the overall guest experience. Experience in public speaking, front line guest services, Microsoft Excel 2010 and handling of cash an asset. Full and part time positions available, training begins in early December.

Ticket Counter – Must be friendly, out going and good with cash. Tickets understand all of the lift, rental and snow school customer options to assist guests in selecting the best package for them. This position will be responsible for cash drawer, including receiving cash, administering change, processing visa and debit transactions. Cashiers are also responsible for counting cash and reconciling sales at the end of the day. Full and part time positions available, training begins in early December.

Rental Attendants – Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist guests with equipment. This position is responsible for setting skis and snowboards, restocking shelves, cleaning the area and assisting with other duties as assigned. Full and part time positions available, training begins in early December.

Snow Makers – Individuals must be physically able to adjust and move equipment in cold temperatures. These positions start early in November and run 24/7 until opening and then are restricted to evenings / nights in December. Experience preferred but not required.  Potential to transfer to other departments on completion of snowmaking.

Custodial Staff – Individuals must have a friendly customer service oriented attitude and be available to work during resort hours and after the facility closes. Duties include vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning washrooms, busing tables, garbage removal and other general cleaning. Full and part time positions available, training begins in early December.
