Dress warm for the ride up and down
Snowmobile with toboggan ride up to the rustic log cabin the middle of the valley. Snowmobile chariot leaves at 9:00pm. Guests must meet at the Bears Den (Asessippi Lobby) in advance.

Butternut squash soup with creme fresh

Chicken Florentine (stuffed with spinach and feta) topped with hollandaise

We can accommodate 7 tables that seat between two and four people; please purchase your tickets in groups of two to four.
A minimum of 12 guests is required for the dinner event to run.
