Snowmobile with toboggan ride up to the rustic log cabin the middle of the valley. Snowmobile chariot leaves at 6:30pm. Guests must meet at the Bears Den (Asessippi Lobby) in advance.

Roasted butternut squash soup with crème fresh.

8oz New York with bearnaise sauce OR
Roasted garlic and pepper crusted stuffed chicken.
Roasted garlic mashed potato.

We can take 7 tables of 2-4, so please purchase tickets in groups of between 2 and 4.
We require a minimum of 12 people to register in order for the event to take place.
