DESCRIPTION:Dress warm for the ride up and down \nSnowmobile with toboggan ride up to the rustic log cabin the middle of the valley. Snowmobile chariot leaves at 6:00pm. Guests must meet at the Bears Den (Asessippi Lobby) in advance. \nCocktails to start (cash bar) \nFirst Course; \nCharcuterie board: Gouda and bocconcini cheese\, Green stuffed olives\, prosciutto\, salami and prosciutto salami\, pepperoncini peppers and grilled baguette  \nSecond Course; \nRoasted butternut squash soup with crème fresh.  \nMain Course; \n8oz New York with bearnaise sauce OR\nRoasted garlic and pepper crusted stuffed chicken. \nRoasted garlic mashed potato.\nRoasted vegetables – Chef’s Choice on Veg \nDessert; \nCrème Brulee.  \nWe can take 7 tables of 2-4\, so please purchase tickets in groups of between 2 and 4. \nWe require a minimum of 12 people to register in order for the event to take place.
