Does Your Group Qualify?
To qualify under the Asessippi group program you must be 20 participant’s minimum, plan to arrive together and provide one payment for all.
What Do We Get?
Provided all qualifications (above) are met Groups receive a discount equal to approximately 25% off (or more) on our regular rates at the Resort plus Asessippi credits your group the equivalent of 2 FREE LIFT & RENTAL off your final billing.
When Do I Book?
Booking must be received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to planned visit, the earlier the better to ensure space is available. Booking Form available here or call the group sales team at 1-888-564-2001.
Do I Need A Deposit?
A $200.00 deposit is required at time of booking. When your booking form is received we will call to confirm and request a credit card to hold your space. The deposit is deducted from your final billing at time of visit.
Deposits are refundable due to cancellation up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Exceptions may be made for inclement weather and/or road conditions.
What Is Required From Us Prior To Visit?
We will forward, along with confirmation of your booking, our Group Worksheets for gathering information required by the Resort prior to your visit.
The information you provide allows the Asessippi team to be fully prepared for your groups’ arrival and expedites the check in process significantly. Your tickets are pre-printed and ready for distribution; lessons booked; rental equipment pre-set and ready for pick up; meal vouchers pre-printed; billing ready for processing; adequate staffing levels in place; etc.
The Group Worksheet is an excel document which includes a template for gathering information. Once each participants requirements for the trip has been returned you or a designate simply transfer the data on to the excel document and email it your group sales contact.
The Group Worksheets are required by the Resort 3 Business Days prior to scheduled visit; 5 where possible to allow time for processing.
