The Asessippi Ski Resort Cold Weather Policy

The final operational decision will be based on the weather and combined temperature onsite at Asessippi Ski Resort. Weather platforms such as the Weather Network may vary and not be accurate to what is on location. 

Cancellation Policy for Online Orders:
We understand that plans can change. All lift tickets and rentals may be cancelled at no charge, any time, up to 10 days before your arrival.

Please read the following cancellation policy before completing your lift passes and/or rentals transaction.

CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED:

  • 2-10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR BOOKING DATE:
    Customers will receive a full refund for the order back to their original mode of payment or can choose to move the purchase to another day.
  • THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING:
    Purchase is non-refundable and non-changeable. The customer will forfeit their booking. 

Refunds: unused or partially used lift passes must be returned to Guest Services in order for us to verify usage and consider compensation.

CANCELLATION IF WE ARE CLOSED:


Because of inclement weather or conditions, your ticket will be automatically refunded.

If you have any questions about your tickets or would like to change dates, please email sales@asessippi.com along with your confirmation email with your barcode and the NEW date you would like it moved to.

Due to staffing schedules, emails will be answered from Tuesday to Friday, but the date you email will be honoured. Thank you for understanding. We look forward to seeing you on the slopes!
