Cancellation Policy for Online Orders:
We understand that plans can change. All lift tickets and rentals may be cancelled at no charge, any time, up to 10 days before your arrival.
Please read the following cancellation policy before completing your lift passes and/or rentals transaction.
AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR BOOKING DATE:
Customers will receive a full refund for the order back to their original mode of payment or can choose to move the purchase to another day.
1-9 DAYS BEFORE THE BOOKING DATE:
Customers can move their ticket purchases to another day this season and are subject to a $10.00 admin fee per rental (per ticket). Six days before arrival, tickets are non-refundable.
THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING:
Purchase is non-refundable and non-changeable. The customer will forfeit their booking.
CANCELLATION IF WE ARE CLOSED:
Because of inclement weather or conditions, your ticket will be automatically refunded.
If you have any questions about your tickets or would like to change dates, please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your confirmation email with your barcode and the NEW date you would like it moved to.
Due to staffing schedules, emails will be answered from Tuesday to Friday, but the date you email will be honoured. Thank you for understanding. We look forward to seeing you on the slopes!
