Asessippi Rain/Lightning Weather Policy – Summer Season

Asessippi Mountain Bike Trails will be assessed daily by 9am, we will notify our guests on Instagram and Facebook as to runs and their conditions. If a run is deemed unreliable or dangerous depending on stability and safety conditions our decision will be to close it.

All runs and lifts will be closed in the presence of lightning, thunder or rain. Our food and beverage services will remain open in these conditions.

Cancellation Policy for Online Orders:
We understand that plans can change. When reserving Lift passes and or rentals please read the following cancellation policy prior to completing your transaction. When requesting any of the following please email sales@asessippi.com along with your confirmation email with your bar code and what you are requesting. Due to staffing schedules; emails will be answered Thursday to Sundays but the date you email with be honored.

CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING DATE:

  • Customer will receive a refund for the order back to their original mode of payment or can move the purchase to another day.


CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED 1-6 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING DATE:

  • Customers can move their purchases to another day this season and a $10.00 admin free will apply per ticket per rental.

CANCELLATIONS REQUESTS THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING:

  • Customer will forfeit their booking. 

IF WE ARE CLOSED because of inclement weather or conditions; your ticket can be moved to another day. Again; please email sales@asessippi.com along with your confirmation email with your barcode and the NEW date you would like it moved to. 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON PREPAID CAMPING.

Asessippi Cold Weather Policy – Winter Season

A combined temperature and wind-chill of minus 35 will result in delayed opening of Aerial lift operations. Surface tow operations and all indoor operations are not affected by weather. Aerial lifts may open when the combined temperature warms above minus 35 and will be reassessed by the General Manager and Ski Patrol by noon.  The chalet will be open as advertised. All openings are at the discretion of Management and final approval of our Outdoor Operations Manager.
