Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Online Orders. We understand that plans can change. When reserving Lift Passes and or rentals please read the following cancellation policy prior to completing your transaction.

CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING DATE:

• Customer will receive a refund for the order back to their original mode of payment or can move the purchase to another day

CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED 1-6 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING DATE:

• Customers can move their purchases to another day this season and a $10 admin fee will apply per ticket per rental.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING:

• Customer will forfeit their booking
