Get ready to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on the slopes at Asessippi. Throw on your green gear, gather your crew, and enjoy a full day of festive fun across the hill.
St. Patrick’s Day Costume Contest
We are hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Costume Contest with prizes for the best dressed guests across the resort. Whether you go all out with a costume or simply show up in your best green gear, everyone is welcome to take part.
Prize Categories
🏆 Best Dressed School Student
Students visiting with their school groups that day are invited to participate.
🏆 Best Dressed Guest
Open to anyone enjoying the hill for the day, including day pass holders and season pass holders.
🏆 Best Dressed Asessippi Staff
For our crew bringing the St. Patrick’s Day spirit across the resort.
How to Enter
Participation is completely optional, but everyone is welcome to join the fun.
To enter the contest:
• Wear your best green gear or St. Patrick’s Day outfit
• Stop by the Gift Shop during your visit to be entered
• Judging will take place throughout the day
School group winners will be selected before groups depart for the day, while the general public winner will be announced at approximately 3:00 PM.
Green Beer in the Pub
After a few runs on the hill, stop by O’Lifty’s Pub and celebrate après the Irish way.
We will be serving green beer throughout the day, along with Irish music playing in the pub to keep the St. Patrick’s Day spirit going.
Contest Disclaimer
Costume contest prizes will be awarded in three categories: Asessippi staff, school students visiting with organized school groups, and general public guests. School student winners will be selected prior to school group departures. The general public winner will be announced at approximately 3:00 PM. Participants must be present to be eligible to win. No purchase necessary to participate. Everyone is invited to join the fun, however participation is optional. Contest judging and final winner selection will be determined by Asessippi Ski Area & Resort staff, and all decisions are final. Asessippi Ski Area & Resort reserves the right to modify contest details if required.
